Get Fit, Save Kids
On July 1, 2022, CrossFit O.U.R. is challenging the fitness community to Rise Up and spread awareness of Operation Underground Railroad and their mission to rescue children from sex trafficking by performing the specially written “Get Fit, Save Kids” workout.
The challenge is simple. Gather your community, family, and friends, do the workout, and share your “Why” behind your support. The workout is simple, accessible, and low equipment, so you can do it anywhere: gym, garage, or park!
