For those who donate online, you will automatically receive a receipt that can be used for tax purposes. Please keep the receipt for your records. Those who mail a check will receive a receipt in the mail. If you lose or misplace your receipt, please email support@ourstore.com.

1. Repackage your item(s) for return.

2. Contact Our Rescue customer service representative via support@ourstore.com to get an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

3. Tape your RMA number and Return label to the package and drop it off at the appropriate carrier.

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase following the instructions above and then place a new order. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange.
