The Story Behind the Necklace
Myat was filled with joy the day she began her internship at one of the most respected beauty salons in her city. But there was a time when such a future felt impossible.
As a young girl in her school uniform, Myat was deceived by a neighbor and taken far from home, where she was sold into a brothel. After enduring unimaginable suffering, she was eventually rescued by anti-trafficking police and began her healing journey at Eden.
While rebuilding her life, Myat placed a simple picture of a hair salon on Eden’s Dream Wall, where survivors share their hopes for the future. Just eight months later, that dream became reality as she began her internship at a prestigious salon.
This necklace reflects the spirit behind Eden’s Hidden Treasures—pieces inspired by women like Myat, whose strength and potential emerge as they begin to heal. Like hidden treasures waiting to be discovered, their dreams were always there—simply waiting for the chance to shine.
