These rings are made with elastic stretch string for easy fitting and have a function besides just looking pretty. They are also used as fidget rings to relieve anxiety. Fidget rings help you focus on the present moment and redirect your thoughts when feeling anxious or stressed. They work by providing something to focus on other than what's making you anxious, which is a type of grounding technique. The S/M fits a ring size 5cm-7cm and the M/L fits a ring size 7.5cm-9.5cm. Note: Due to the unique nature of semi-precious gemstones, each ring may vary slightly in appearance from the images shown.
