Wildflower Honey
Pure, golden sweetness with a purpose.
Simple, naturally sweet, and harvested close to home.
This Memphis wildflower honey is gathered from Thistle & Bee's local apiaries, capturing the changing flavors of the flowers and plants blooming throughout the community. Because the bees forage from different seasonal blossoms, every harvest has its own subtle character, making each jar a little reflection of the season in which it was gathered.
Smooth, versatile, and naturally delicious, it's an everyday pantry staple that's just as lovely drizzled over breakfast as it is stirred into tea or paired with your favorite cheeses.

A Note About Crystallization
Crystallization is a natural process and does not mean your honey has gone bad. Over time, honey may become thicker, cloudy, or crystallized. To return it to a more liquid consistency, simply place the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes until the crystals begin to dissolve.
Naturally sweet. Harvested with purpose. Made to be enjoyed every day.
